We meet once a week on a live call.
Some weeks, you may want coaching directly.
Other weeks, you may just listen, reflect and take what’s useful.
You are never forced to speak, and you won’t be put on the spot.
Each session focuses on practical situations from real life: work decisions, difficult conversations, overthinking, boundaries, pressure, relationships, communication, confidence and change.
I coach you through them step-by-step so you leave with clarity and a way to handle things differently next time.
You also have:
• a private group space for support between sessions
• REWIRED™ tools and frameworks to use in your day-to-day
• guided resets including visualisations, breathwork, grounding, meditations and journalling prompts
