Week 1: Your Burnout Blueprint™
Before you can change a pattern, you need to see it clearly.
In week one, we'll map your personal burnout cycle, identify the beliefs, behaviours and coping strategies keeping it in place, and uncover the specific triggers that repeatedly pull you back into stress and overwhelm.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's driving your burnout and where to focus your energy first.
Week 2: Stress, Survival Mode & Nervous System Regulation
Most people try to solve burnout with logic.
The problem is that burnout is often being driven by a nervous system that no longer feels safe slowing down.
This week you'll learn how stress impacts your brain, body and decision-making whilst building a personalised regulation toolkit you can use in real life when pressure starts building.
The goal isn't to eliminate stress.
It's to stop living in survival mode.
Week 3: Boundaries, Over-Responsibility & People-Pleasing
This week we'll explore the patterns that lead you to take on too much, carry other people's problems and struggle to prioritise your own needs.
You'll identify where your time, energy and attention are leaking, begin strengthening boundaries, and learn practical ways to reduce the pressure you've been placing on yourself.
Because burnout recovery isn't just about doing less.
It's about carrying less.
Week 4: Identity, Values & Redefining Who You Need To Be
Many high performers know how to achieve.
Far fewer know who they are outside of achievement.
This week we'll identify your core values, explore how your identity has become tied to productivity, performance or external validation, and create a vision for the version of you you're becoming.
Not the version who can simply tolerate more pressure.
The version who can thrive without constantly sacrificing themselves in the process.
You'll leave with a much clearer sense of what matters most, who you want to become, and how to make decisions that align with the life you actually want to build.
Week 5: Working Smarter, Not Harder
Most people don't burn out because they're ambitious.
They burn out because they've learned to fuel their success with pressure, urgency and self-sacrifice.
This week is about creating a more sustainable way of working.
We'll explore the difference between capacity and capability, identify where your time, energy and attention are being drained, and uncover the habits, expectations and ways of thinking that keep you feeling permanently behind.
You'll learn practical tools to prioritise more effectively, reduce unnecessary pressure, focus on what matters most and stop carrying work that isn't yours.
Because the goal isn't to get more done.
The goal is to stop spending your life feeling like you're behind.
To move away from firefighting, overwhelm and constantly reacting...
And towards a way of working that allows you to perform at a high level without sacrificing your health, relationships or wellbeing in the process.
Week 6: Your Personal Burnout Reset Plan™
Lasting change doesn't happen because a programme ends.
It happens because you know how to continue the work afterwards.
In our final week, you'll bring everything together into a personalised Burnout Reset Plan™, identifying your warning signs, non-negotiables, support systems and next steps.
You'll create your own burnout prevention strategy and leave with a practical roadmap designed to help you maintain momentum long after the programme ends.
